Joint mobility wake up.
We’ll do a two round circuit warm up that includes the rower.
Warm up looks like this:
20 seconds work/20 seconds rest for 2 rounds:
- Ring rows
- body weight squats
- push ups
- bicycles
- jumping jacks
- kettlebell swings
- rower, air dyne, or ski erg
Here’s our interval workout (alternate each set with your partner):

- 250 meters x 4
- 500 meters x 3
- 750 meters x 2
