We need all of our TR and non-TR folks to sign up for the Warrior Challenge ASAP.
We need to start putting heats together and ordering T shirts.

Today is conditioning day…
You will have your choice of a solo or partner 5 k row/run, or you may do partner intervals.
Intervals will be 6 x 500 alternating with a partner.
Runners will do 8 x 400 (around the block, or marked on the bike path in Squan)
