We’ll be keeping it simple …

No elaborate explanation required here, just hammer out some intervals with a partner or solo.

Rest while your partner works, or rest for the amount of time it took you to work.

Warm up with a simple circuit: 20 seconds work/20 seconds rest for 3 rounds:

  • Push ups
  • squats
  • jumping jacks
  • row,shuttle run,ski,bike or versa climb
Here are your partner intervals: pick one of the following
  • Row/run/ski/Versa ladders 100,200,300,400,500,500,400,300,200,100
  • Beginners should skip the 2nd 500
  • watt bike 250,500,750,1000, 1250, 1250 and back
  • Airdyne .2,.3,.4,.5,.6,.6 and back.
