With a partner, go from 10-1 reps on four movements

You go, then your partner goes

Here are the movements:
  1. Kettlebell, Barbell, or dumbell thrusters
  2. Pull ups, or band assisted pull ups 
  3. Double kettlebell swings, snatches or low back extension 
  4. Power wheel, swing set knees to chest or hanging knee raise 

Take your time going through this using as much weight as possible.
