Here are the movements:
- Kettlebell, Barbell, or dumbell thrusters
- Pull ups, or band assisted pull ups
- Double kettlebell swings, snatches or low back extension
- Power wheel, swing set knees to chest or hanging knee raise
Take your time going through this using as much weight as possible.
