Partner or SOLO Intervals

It’s another exciting week of training (and getting better) starting things off on this conditioning focused Monday with some partner or solo intervals.

This is a GOOD one!

Your work interval will be 5 minutes and can be shared with a partner or done solo, and your rest interval is 1 minute.

Here’s what this fun but challenging circuit looks like…

5 minutes work / 1 minute rest x 1 round (30 minutes)

  • Row or run
  • Burpee, squat thrust or slam ball
  • Sled push/pull or step up
  • Ski erg or Versa Climber
  • Farmer Carry
