Thanks to all that came our for our Memorial Day workout yesterday.
We didn’t post yesterday’s workout, bu this is what we did…
Team strength ladders 1-5 or 2-10 of the following movements alternating with your teammates.
- goblet squats
- push ups (any variety)
- Pull ups or ring rows
Run or row ladders solo or partner
Advanced can do 3x(200,400,600 meters) alternating with a partner or resting for the same amount of time it took you to work.
Beginners can do 3x(150,300,450 meters)
Watt bike will do 3x (500,1000,1500) for advanced…
Beginners will do 3x(400,800,1200) alternating with a partner.
Vera climber will go half the distance of the rower.
