Do 5 sets of 5 of alternating with a partner each movmement at each couplet
Complete all sets of a couplet before moving on to the next one
- double kettlebell snatches
- double kettlebell front squats
- Barbell, dumbell or kettlebell press
- pull ups
- Get ups (5 minutes) alternate arms with each rep
Take your time, go heavy!
