Partner Strength Ladders

Friday is Strength Day!

Start with our classic joint mobility and a kettlebell or bodyweight strength warm up!

  • You should be READY to jump into the workout after a nice long warm up.
  • Make sure to keep the body moving especially in the colder months.
  • Stay tuned for updates on the Student Athlete Middle/High School Class happening in Avon next month!
  • Also, our Holiday Party is NEXT Friday, December 10th!  

PARTNER STRENGTH LADDERS

Ladder in Reps 20-4,10-2,or 5-1:

You will alternate with a partner (Solo option below):

Set #1.

  • swings, cleans, deads, or snatch

Set #2.

  • Push press, chest press, or pushup;

Set # 3.

  • Squat choice or sled

Set #4.

  • pull-up or row

Set #5.

  • Ab choice

Optional Set #6.

  • Cardio or Long Cycle 

If you choose to do this workout SOLO you can do so as a Circuit…

Each Round you will ladder down in reps!
