Partner Strength Sets
Let’s go MONDAY!
We are starting the week with these killer partner strength sets!
These really catch up to you as you feel the benefits throughout the remainder of the day!
Partner Strength: “I Go. You Go.”
Ladder down in reps from 20-4 OR 10-2 OR 5-1
You will choose appropriate ladder reps for the amount of weight you choose to use during your sets and with your partner(s). Move on as soon as you are complete with each set:
Set #1) Swings, cleans, snatch, dead’s
Set #2) Push-press 1 or 2 kettlebell
Set #3) Squat choice or sled 5 laps -1 lap
Set #4) Ab choice
Set #5) Cardio Choice (if time allows or as a finisher)
