Sorry about the late post, we had a minor disaster at the gym this morning.
Someone had left the water running in the the sink after the 5pm class on Friday, and it was running all night long. There was also a clog in the sink, so the entire gym was flooded.
Thanks to Boxing Mike, The Candy Man, and the Brew master along with anyone else who helped us clean up the mess.
Here’s a nice 25 minute , one bell and body weight blaster!
You can do this one in your back yard.
Start of with some joint mobility and then do a kettlebell warm up.
You will get as many rounds as possible in 25 minutes of the following movements.
- kettlebell swings 5/5
- push ups 10
- kettlebell cleans 5/5
- squats 5/5
- kettlebell push press or jerk 5/5
- kettlebell one arm rows 5/5 or 5 pull ups or weighted pull ups
- walkouts 5
