Today we will keep it simple with one of our favorite’s.

Pick your strength tool!

Try to use something different this time. If you used kettlebells or the bar last time, try sand bags or even dumbells.

Start out with 5 minutes of joint mobility and a two round kettlebell warm up.

You will have you choice of strength tools today:

  • Kettlebells
  • Heavy Med Balls
  • Dumbells
  • Sand bags
  • The Bar

Pick one and go as heavy as possible!

Bear complex/Pull ups, weighted or assisted pull up  ladders 1-5 5-1 reps alternating between.

1 Rep Bear complex= clean/squat/press/squat/ press
