It’s conditioning day.

We’ve got a classic Training Room session lined up for you.

I’m sure some of you will need this one after an weekend of Fathers Day fun.

The Milkman and I went out and crushed the mountain bike trails yesterday.

That’s usually some good masterminding time for us.

We got some cool workouts planned for you along with a few different challenges that we’ll be lining up.

Today’s session will be our Training Room Tabata

20 seconds of work/10 seconds of rest for 6 rounds at each station.  Finish all 6 rounds at each station before moving on to the next one.

Take a minute rest between each station.

  • Dumbell, barbell or kettlebell push press
  • high pulls
  • Battling ropes
  • Air squat (with hold)
  • Feet down assisted pull ups or kipping pull ups
  • sprint in place,versa climber,ski erg or double unders
