Push, Pull and Hinge Strength
Thursday is a strength focus and we have a full body strength circuit lined up that includes ALL of the crucial body movements that are required for life’s activities (push, pull, and hinge).
Here’s what we’ve got for you on Thursday.
30 seconds of work with a 30 second rest between movements…
5 rounds total of the circuit.
- Upper Pull, Pull ups (ring assisted, band assisted or body weight), ring rows or kettlebell rows
- Squat press (dumbbells, kettlebells, heavy medicine ball, sandbag)
- Abs
- Kettlebell swing. or snatch
- Cardio choice
Cardio Finisher:
5 rounds of the following movements…
- 10 calories cardio choice
- 10 squat thrusts or 15 slam ball
