Push Pull Strength
The Training Room week will kick off with a strength focus, so we will be going with push pull strength.
These push and pull couplets will be compressed into ten sets of 5 diffferent couplets that will encompass the entire body.
As usual, we will be getting a lot of quality work done within the class time frame including a nice little cardio intensive couplet along with some arm farm!
Let’s do this!
20/10 x 5 rounds of each couplet.
Couplet 1
- Ring rows
- Push ups
Coupet 2
- Kettlebell swings or deadlift choice
- Squat choice
Couplet 3
- Ab choice
- Twist or Bulgarian bag
Coupet 4
- Bicep curls
- Tricep extension choice
Couplet 5
- Cardio choice 1
- Cardio choice 2
Now go out and crush the rest of your week!
Endless Summer Challenge 2024
October 19.
2 to 4 person teams will complete the following…
- Sled from The Training Room to Sylvania Ave and back
- Bike 100 calories
- Slam ball 100 reps (M-25 lbs, F-15 lbs, Co-ed 20 lbs)
- Versa Climber 1000 feet or 100 squat thrusts
- Crawl 100 yards
- Ski 100 calories
- Step ups 100 reps
- Row 100 calories
- Farmer Carry 1x around the building (M-20kg, F-16kg, Co-ed- 18kg)
2 teams will will start every 10 minutes.
