Push Pull Strength

Thursday is a strength focus at The Training Room, and we’ve got some super efficient push pull supersets lined up for your musculoskeletal pleasure!

Here’s and example of some push and pull movements…

We will be doing this one in 3 segments.

Here’s what it will look like.

The group will be split up in 2.

First Segment:

20/10 x 10 sets

  • Kettlebell swings
  • Goblet squats

20/10 x 10 sets

  • Push ups
  • Ring row

Second Segment:

20/10 x 10 sets

  • Biceps
  • Triceps

20/10 x 10 sets

  • Abdominal movement 1
  • Abdominal movement 2

Third Segment (everyone)

20/10 x 10 sets

  • Cardio choice 1
  • Cardio choice 2
