QUICK Bursts

It’s that time of the week! Time for some quick and short bursts on the conditioning focus day!

Intervals will be set at 20/10.

We will complete 8 sets of each exercise and take a 1-2 minute rest between each one.

Be nimble, be quick!

Here’s the list of things we will be doing…

  • Burpees, squat thrusts or mountain climbers
  • Kettlebell swings or broad jumps
  • Bike (Concept 2 or Assault)
  • Knees to chest or v-sits
  • Squat press (dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine ball, sandbag)
  • Skir or Versa climber
