Quick Bursts for Conditioning
Quick bursts of 15 seconds keep our form fresh and allow us to go hard on each interval!
The short rest intervals keep our heart rates elevated in order to condition us for real life events and situations!
Here’s Wednesday’s quick bursts conditioning session!
Such an effective way of training!
15/15 x10 rounds of the following conditioning couplets
Don’t get sloppy!
- Jumping (or not) pull ups
- bullwhip (ropes or inertia wave)
- Drop/jump or any other squat variation
- mountain climbers
- Ski erg
Go through this 2 times!

I can’t get in as much as I’d like because of work/family, so I use the home workouts A LOT! Even if a few exercise, I’m able to tailor it so I can at least get some movement/strength/exercise in- even on my lunch!
