Next Monday we will kick off our 8 week reset challenge!

There will be an informational meeting at the Manasquan gym at 7 PM on Monday 1/7 where we will be going over rules and handing out packets to eveyone who has signed up!

This is going to be a blas!
Here’s Wednesday’s conditioning session!

15/15 x10 rounds of the following conditioning couplets

Couplet 1

  • Jumping (or not) pull ups
  • bullwhip (ropes or inertia wave)

Couplet 2

  • Drop/jump or any other squat variation
  • moutnain climbers

Couplet 3

  • Ski erg
  • Bike
