- kettlebell swings (36kgs)
- rotational slamball (12lbs)
- ring push ups
- Box jumps (24")
- Pull ups
- Air Dyne sprints
This was an awesome workout. Great combo of strength, power and conditioning
We were able to push hard for the 20 second intervals
