Quick Interval Supersets

Thursday is a conditioning focus, so we’ll be doing quick interval supersets.

Intervals will be 20 seconds of work with a 10 second rest x 5 rounds of each one.

Superset 1

  • Jump pull or high pull
  • Slam

Superset 2

  • Step up or shuttle run
  • Crawl or mountain climber

Superset 3

  • Jump rope or jumping jacks
  • Medicine ball squat press or wall ball

Superset 4

  • ski erg or versa climber
  • Bike

Superset 5

  • Inertial wave
  • Squat thrust
