Quick Interval Supersets
Thursday is a conditioning focus, so we’ll be doing quick interval supersets.
Intervals will be 20 seconds of work with a 10 second rest x 5 rounds of each one.
Superset 1
- Jump pull or high pull
- Slam
Superset 2
- Step up or shuttle run
- Crawl or mountain climber
Superset 3
- Jump rope or jumping jacks
- Medicine ball squat press or wall ball
Superset 4
- ski erg or versa climber
- Bike
Superset 5
- Inertial wave
- Squat thrust
