Quick Strength Intervals

Monday will kick off our next 4 week block of training starting off with some quick strength intervals.

You may see some new material over the next 4 weeks plus some training that will help us prepare for our next Training Room challenge!

One of the nice things about quick intervals is you can go a little bit heavier if you wish and focus on the form of each couplet at hand.

The whole idea behind these 15 second intervals is to try to maintain the same amount of reps throughout the set.

We will ALSO encorporate the slant boards into our training to help us work on joint health and longevity.

Here are your couplets…

15/15 x 10 of the following couplets:

Couplet 1

  • Ring rows
  • Push-ups

Couplet 2

  • Slant board squats
  • Swings or DL’s

Couplet 3

  • Abs
  • Cardio
