Here's one of my favorites.

Go heavy with the bell!

Get as many rounds as you can in 15 minutes of:

  • 5 pull ups
  • 10 Ring push ups
  • 15 Kettlebell swings ( I used a 32kg bell)

Try to hit 10 rounds on this.

This ia a great way to get a lot of work done in a short period of time while hitting just about every muscle in your body.
