Rocking it Old School

Hey Training Room family!

Friday is a conditioning day and we will be rocking it out old school with a big ‘OL conditioning circuit.

Intervals will look like this:

  • 30/25
  • 30/20
  • 25/15
  • 20/10 x 2

Here’s your interval conditioning circuit…

  • high pulls
  • slam ball or sledge or mace swings
  • Jump rope of jumping jacks
  • crab toe touches or knee ups
  • skaters or lat movement options
  • 1/2 burpees
  • Surfer squat or any other body weight squat options
  • inertia wave or bullwhip
