Rocking it Old School
Hey Training Room family!
Friday is a conditioning day and we will be rocking it out old school with a big ‘OL conditioning circuit.
Intervals will look like this:
- 30/25
- 30/20
- 25/15
- 20/10 x 2
Here’s your interval conditioning circuit…
- high pulls
- slam ball or sledge or mace swings
- Jump rope of jumping jacks
- crab toe touches or knee ups
- skaters or lat movement options
- 1/2 burpees
- Surfer squat or any other body weight squat options
- inertia wave or bullwhip
