Today’s conditioning workout
Warm up with 5 minutes of joint mobility and a three round circuit warm up that will look like this…
20 seconds work/20 seconds rest for 3 rounds
- Push ups/ second round half burpees
- Body weight squats/second round drop squats
- Bicycles/ second round mountain climbers
- Row or 20 yard shuttle run
Row or run burpee ladders!
Get through this as fast as possible.
Row or run 100 meters
5 burpees
Row or run 200 meters
10 burpees
Row or run 300 meters
15 burpees
Row or run 400 meters
20 burpees
Row or run 400 meters
20 burpees
Row or run 300 meters
15 burpees
Row or run 200 meters
10 burpees
Row or run 100 meters
5 burpees
