We’re taking a little break from the weights today.
As usual, start with some joint mobility to wake the body up.
We will do our circuit warm up and include a little rowing, running or skiing into the circuit to acclimate.
This workout works well with a partner, or can be done solo.
Your recovery will be when your partner is woring. If you don’t have a partner, you can rest for as long as it takes to do the interval.
Here are the Row,Run or Ski intervals.
- 1000 meters
- 800 meters
- 600 meters
- 400 meters
- 200 meters
Total of 3000 meters at an all out pace.
