It’s very simple…
Warm up with three rounds of this circuit 20 seconds work/20 seconds rest
- Row, shuttle, ski
- Push ups
- Body weight squats
- Jumping jacks or jump rope
Here’s your challenge…
Get as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of the following
- 500 meter row, run or ski erg
- 25 burpees
