With a partner, alternate between the rower and burpees.

While you are rowing, your partner is doing burpees.

  • Row 100 meters
  • Do 5 burpees
  • Row 200 meters
  • 10 burpees
  • Row 300 meters
  • 15 burpees
  • Row 400 meters
  • 20 burpees
  • Row 400 meters again
  • 20 burpees
  • Row 300 meters
  • 15 burpees
  • Row 200 meters
  • 10 burpees
  • Row 100 meters
  • 5 burpees

Total meters=2000

Total burpees=100

You'll have so much fun with this one that you won't even realize that you're doing 2000 meters and 100 burpees!
