  1. Jumping jacks 20
  2. Sit ups 15
  3. Push ups 10
  4. Alternate leg lunges (hold a kettlebell) 20
  5. Burpees 15
  6. 1 arm kettlebell rows 10/10
  7. Mountain climbers 20(each leg)
  8. Kettlebell swings 15
  9. Kettlebell push press 5/5
