20 seonds work/10 seconds rest on the Gym Boss for 6 rounds at each station.  Take 1:30 rest between each station.

  1. Jumping pull ups
  2. Burpees
  3. Rower
  4. Slam Ball
  5. Mountan climbers
  6. kettlebell swings
