We had a nice group today, about 20 strong!
Here’s the Circuit: Four rounds work/rest intervals on the Gym Boss looked like this.
- Round 1: 30/25
- Round 2: 30/20
- Round 3: 25/20 (increase the weight here)
- Round 4: 25/15

- Weghted step ups or walk lunges
- Kettlebell push press
- Evil wheel or walkouts
- Kettlebell swings
- Push ups or Power push ups
- V-ups
- Kettlebell front squats
- Pull ups or ring rows
- Mountain climbers
