We had a nice group today, about 20 strong!

Here’s the Circuit: Four rounds work/rest intervals on the Gym Boss looked like this.

  • Round 1: 30/25
  • Round 2: 30/20
  • Round 3: 25/20 (increase the weight here)
  • Round 4: 25/15

Of:

  1. Weghted step ups or walk lunges
  2. Kettlebell push press
  3. Evil wheel or walkouts
  4. Kettlebell swings
  5. Push ups or Power push ups
  6. V-ups
  7. Kettlebell front squats
  8. Pull ups or ring rows
  9. Mountain climbers
