Here’s the deal this morning.

Mike is stepping in for Jim’s classes this week.  Jim’s out for a little R and R, if that’s possible for Jim.

Today’s training session will focus on short work periods for a more strength focus, although there will still be a conditioning component.

six rounds 20/20(stay at the station until complete)

Double kettlebell clean/squat
Sand bag push press
Power rope or slam ball
KB swing, Snatch or snatch pull
Walk lung with or with out tire drag (something new and exciting!)
Renegade row or one arm row.
Sit up (I had to throw in something easy!)
