Try to beat 10 rounds on this one

  • 5 burpees
  • 10 kettlebell snatches 5r/5l
  • 15 mountain climbers on each leg
  • 20 kettlebell swings

This will be the last Saturday for the 8:30 class.  Next week we go back to our regular schedule.
