Saturday Cardio Kicker
Saturday morning we have a kicker Cardio Workout!
November Events & NEW Athlete Classes:
- November 9th (Avon, Middle/High School Student Athlete Classes begin!)
- November 19th (Beers & Bells #2)
- November 26th (Turkey Day Relay!)
Saturday’s Conditioning Workout:
1 minute work / 1 min rest or active recovery
Complete 5 Sets x 3 different exercises = 15 total sets!
Here are some choices:
- Rower, swings, cleans, snatches, or Broad jumps
- Ski, Push press, or Crawl
- Bike, sled, LC, or Burpee
*Complete all 5 of 1 exercise before moving to the next!

HOME WORKOUT & Video: Conditioning Quadruplets
30 work /15 rest x 4 rounds
Quadruplet #1
- High pull or jumping pull ups
- Squat press or squat thrust
- Knees 2 chest or bicycles
- Cardio choice
REST 2 Minutes
Quadruplet #2
- Chair steps or smaller steps
- Crawl or plank
- Lateral steps or skaters
- Cardio choice
Finish with 1 Time through each exercise 20 work /10 rest
