Saturday’s Conditioning will look like this…

Warm up with a two round circuit warm up.

Here is your 5 round conditioning circuit.

Descending work and rest intervals work/rest in seconds

  1. 60/30
  2. 50/25
  3. 40/20
  4. 30/15
  5. 20/10

Take 1 minute rest between each round.

  • Swings
  • slam ball
  • JR or JJ
  • sit throughs or crabs
  • skaters, hoop hops or agility latter drills (your choice)
  • Shuttle run,air dyne,ski erg,row, versa climb
