Saturday’s Conditioning will look like this…
Warm up with a two round circuit warm up.
Here is your 5 round conditioning circuit.
Descending work and rest intervals work/rest in seconds
- 60/30
- 50/25
- 40/20
- 30/15
- 20/10
Take 1 minute rest between each round.
- Swings
- slam ball
- JR or JJ
- sit throughs or crabs
- skaters, hoop hops or agility latter drills (your choice)
- Shuttle run,air dyne,ski erg,row, versa climb
