There is also open gym in both Manasquan and Avon on Sunday from 8-10 am and Boxing in Manasquan at 10:30.
Saturday is conditioning day.
Kick off the weekend right with this very simple interval conditioning session.
This one is also excellent when done with a partner.
20 seconds work/20 seconds rest for 5 sets of each movment.
Rest 1:30 after each 5 minute set.
If partnered up, one can go while the other rests.
- Squat thrust
- Kettlebell high pull
- Bear crawl or mountain climber
- Bike, row, jump rope, shuttle run etc..
Repeat this entire series again.
