Saturday is conditioning day.

We’ve got a classic Training Room conditioning circuit lined up.

Here it is.

40 seconds work/20 seconds rest for 5 rounds

  • High pulls
  • Battling ropes
  • Shuttle run
  • Drop squats/surfer jumps or body weight squats
  • Crawls or mountain climbers

Take one minute rest between rounds
