Make sure to register for the Warrior Challenge ASAP so we can start working on the heats and we can put in our t shirt orders.
Saturday is conditioning day.
We’ve got a classic Training Room conditioning circuit lined up.
Here it is.
40 seconds work/20 seconds rest for 5 rounds
- High pulls
- Battling ropes
- Shuttle run
- Drop squats/surfer jumps or body weight squats
- Crawls or mountain climbers
Take one minute rest between rounds
