DO any of the following…
- Row (total calories=score)
- Bike (total calories=score)
- Ski erg (total calories=score)
- Burpees (total reps=score)
- Kettlebell long cycle (total reps=score)
Go as hard as you can, record your score in the comments section!

40 seconds work/20 seconds rest x 5 rounds of the following.
- Sled push, crawl or Mountain climb
- Rotational Ab choice
- Ski erg or jump rope
Rest 1 minute between each round
