Saturday Hybrid

The Saturday hybrid will be a mix of weighted or body weight movements followed by a ten minute kicker!

Kick off your weekend with this well rounded strength and conditioning combination that will rev up your metabolism and energize you for the day!


We will start out with this 20 minute AMRAP circuit.

  • 10 superman’s or hinges
  • 10 push-ups
  • 10 cleans or swings
  • 10 press choice
  • 10 squat choice
  • 10 row or pull choice
  • 10 ab choice

Rest for 2 minutes

We wil finish up the session with this 10 minute conditioning kicker.

  • 250 meters cardio
  • 20 mountain climbers
  • 15 swings
  • 10 knees to chest
  • 5 burpees (or alternatives)
