For your conditioning enjoyment, we bring you straight up Saturday intervals…

Your intervals per round will look like this…

Perform each of these intervals at each station.

Rest 1:30 between each.

  1. 2 minutes work/1:30 rest
  2. 1:30 work/1 minute rest
  3. 1 minute work/30 seconds rest
  4. 30 seconds work/30 seconds rest

Here’s what you’re doing…

  • Row
  • Bike
  • ski
  • Freestyle ( pick one) step-up, Jump rope, squat thrust, Bulgarian bag , Kettlebell stuff
