Challenge workouts are great to do.
They are a great way to gauge your progression.
This is why we like to do them once a week. It’s great idea to keep track of your stats for each challenge workout you do.
It’s been a while since we’ve done this one.
We’ll start out with some joint mobility and go into a two round kettlebell warm up.
Today’s challenge workout is the “Kettlebell 300”
Get through the following movements as fast as you can with good technique.
Complete all the reps on one side before moving on to the other side on the snatches and clean and press.
Advanced women should use a 16 kg an advanced men should use a 24kg.
Here’s the order:
- 25 v-ups
- 50 kettlebell snatches 25/25
- 25 push ups
- 50 kettlebell swings
- 50 burpees
- 50 kettlebell long cycle 25/25
- 50 Mountain climbers (each leg)
