- Double kettlebell cleans
- See Saw Press
- Double kettlebell front squat
- Renegade row or 1 arm row
- Swing set or Power Wheel knees to chest
We will be adding a new class in Thursday morning at 6am.
This class will be taught by IKFF and Yoga Certified Instructor Patty Lawrence and will include basic kettlebell movements with a Yoga emphasis.
This class will be included in your monthly membership, so there is NO extra charge to attend.
