Get your training in early so you can enjoy the rest of your day!
Classic Training Conditioning Circuit.
Warm up with a two round circuit warm up.
Then you will go through this 30 minute circuit.
30 seconds work/30 seconds rest x 30 minutes:
- swimmers or battling ropes
- hoop hops or tire in n outs
- agility ladder
- Russian twist or partner med ball twist
- wall ball or med ball thrusters
- Jump Rope/Jumping Jacks or sprint in place.
