Your Saturday Strength Session
The Saturday strength session will be one of our signature combinations of some iso holds and movement for the ultimate strength experience.
You just never never know when you will need use ISO holds in your life.
So here we GO!
Thirty seconds of movement with a thirty second iso hold and a thirty second rest between exercises in the following circuit.
We will do 3 total rounds…
- Ring rows or Pull-ups
- Squat choice
- Overhead press or push-up
- Superman or Hip bridge
- Abs
The Finish
Thirty seconds easy and thirty seconds sprint 1 time.

- Bike
- Ski
- Jog, squat thrust
- Air squat, drop squat
