Monday’s Classes are 8am ONLY at both Manasquan and Avon Locations.  The workout on Monday will not be posted, so come with an open mind and ready to get in a good workout, modify as needed and have some fun!

SATURDAY’S STRENGTH

You will have a choice of either Kettlebell or Bodyweight Strength Exercises.

5 Minute Circuits x 5 Rounds (rest 1 minute between each round)

INTERVALS:  20s Work / 10s Hold or Rest

KETTLEBELL VERSION

  • Clean / Rack Hold
  • Press / Overhead Hold
  • Squat or Split Squat / Squat Hold
  • Kettlebell Row / Hold Bell at your Ribs
  • Walkout or Tabletop with Knee Hovers / Hold Plank or Knees Up
  • Repeat on the Other Side

BODYWEIGHT VERSION

  • Superman / Hold Arms Up
  • Push-Ups / Hold Halfway
  • Squats / Hold Squat
  • Ring Rows / Hold
  • Walkout or Tabletop with Knee Hovers / Hold Plank or Knees Up
  • Repeat Sequence
