Monday’s Classes are 8am ONLY at both Manasquan and Avon Locations. The workout on Monday will not be posted, so come with an open mind and ready to get in a good workout, modify as needed and have some fun!
SATURDAY’S STRENGTH
You will have a choice of either Kettlebell or Bodyweight Strength Exercises.
5 Minute Circuits x 5 Rounds (rest 1 minute between each round)
INTERVALS: 20s Work / 10s Hold or Rest
KETTLEBELL VERSION
- Clean / Rack Hold
- Press / Overhead Hold
- Squat or Split Squat / Squat Hold
- Kettlebell Row / Hold Bell at your Ribs
- Walkout or Tabletop with Knee Hovers / Hold Plank or Knees Up
- Repeat on the Other Side
BODYWEIGHT VERSION
- Superman / Hold Arms Up
- Push-Ups / Hold Halfway
- Squats / Hold Squat
- Ring Rows / Hold
- Walkout or Tabletop with Knee Hovers / Hold Plank or Knees Up
- Repeat Sequence
