It’s time for a solid Saturday Strength Session

Intervals will be 30 work/30 rest x 6 Sets at each Station (Stay at your station for the duration of the 6 sets and then rotate to the next one)  The cardio will be done collectively at the end!  

  1. Swings, Cleans or Snatches
  2. Jerks or Push Press
  3. Weighted step-ups or Sled
  4. Abs( pick 2 and alternate)
  5. Cardio (pick 2 and alternate)
