Strength and Conditioning Saturday

It’s a strength and conditioning combo on Saturday!

We’ll do this one in the form of triplets.

The following triplets can be do as 3 ten minute AMRAP’s or as 3 different interval circuits of 30/15 x 4 rounds.

Be ready for either one!

Triplet 1

  • Bike
  • Ring row
  • Abs

Triplet 2

  • Row or run
  • Slant squat
  • Push ups

Triplet 3

  • Ski
  • Kettlebell swing
  • Twist or side bend
