It’s a strength focus on Saturday but we will be combining strength and conditioning.
Here’s what it will look like…
60/30 x 4 rounds of the following combo circuiit.
- Bike
- Alternate arm ring row, 1 arm kettlebell row or renengade row
- Plank choice
- Kettlebell swing, clean or deadlift choice
- Twist or Bulgarian bag
- SKi erg
- Dumbbell see saw press (inside)
- Sled or step up (inside)
