It’s a strength focus on Saturday but we will be combining strength and conditioning.

Here’s what it will look like…

60/30 x 4 rounds of the following combo circuiit.

  1. Bike
  2. Alternate arm ring row, 1 arm kettlebell row or renengade row
  3. Plank choice
  4. Kettlebell swing, clean or deadlift choice
  5. Twist or Bulgarian bag
  6. SKi erg
  7. Dumbbell see saw press (inside)
  8. Sled or step up (inside)
