Saturday is SUCH a great day for a Strength and Conditioning Challenge!
The big talk these days has been about our upcoming Winter Fitness Challenge.
We’ve been working hard to bring you the best possible 12 week program.
There will be both member and non-member registration for this event and will be offering our members some nice incentives for getting friends on board.
We are trying to keep things as simple as possible, yet complex when pertaining to ALL of the tests and challenges that we are going to throw at you.

Saturday is a Strength & Conditioning Challenge:
30 Minutes – As many rounds as possible!
- 5 pull-ups
- 10 push-ups or dips
- 15 knees to chest
- 20 bodyweight squats
- 250 run, row, ski, or .3 bike
