40/20 x 4 rounds of each triplet.

  • Alternate arm ring rows or renegade rows
  • Weighted step ups or step downs
  • Bike
Triplet 2
  • See saw press
  • Aunt Cindy’s
  • Ski erg

Triplet 3

  • Alternate leg jungle gym leg curl or marching hip bridge
  • Sit through or twist
  • Rower
