Let’s see what Saturday brings us for STRENGTH…

Reminder there’s SUNDAY (7:30am) Beach Workouts for the next 6 weeks at Warrior Beach in Avon!

We’ve got two Workouts for you on Saturday

Workout #1 will be Strength Based & Workout #2 will add a conditioning component

Here’s your 1st workout:

You will complete 10 reps of everything for 20 Minutes

  • 10swings
  • 10 push up
  • 10 cleans
  • 10 press
  • 10 sq
  • 10 row 
  • 10 abs
  • 10 cals (optional)

Here’s your 2nd or finisher workout (complete for 4 rounds):

  • 250m
  • 20 step ups
  • 15 mt. 
  • 10 high pulls 
  • 51/2 burps

Here’s a phenomenal video workout:

6 Minute Strength Set

You will rest 1 minute between Sets and complete 4 total rounds

  1. Cardio Choice (run, JR, JJ, high knees, skaters, quick feet, kick but, rope flow) – 1 Minute
  2. Alternate Back Lunge – 1 Minute
  3. Push-up Plank – 1 Minute
  4. Marching hip bridge, hamstring curls, single leg static hip bridge – 1 Minute (30s/30s)
  5. Alternate Ring Rows or 1 arm rows – 1 Minute (30s/30s)
  6. Get Ups, windmills, side plank – 1 Minute (30s/30s)
